Pneumatic pinch valves are
manufactured, assembled and calibrated by our experienced professional
team. Though it is a normal policy of our company to test and stamp OK
before dispatch, special care is taken for testing Pneumatic
pinch valves. It is important to select correct size of
pneumatic cylinder with corresponding pneumatic pinch valve to obtain
leak tight shut off and avoid extra pressure on rubber sleeve resulting
in shorter life of pinch valve sleeves.
Air pressure to the pneumatic cylinder can be controlled by a suitable
solenoid valve. Also variable throttling in simple ON-OFF pneumatic
pinch valve is implemented by adjusting the air pressure, however actual
perfect control / throttling is possible through the electro pneumatic
valve positioner. Fully automatic control pinch valves are equipped with positioner,
indicator, I/P converter. Pneumatic Pinch valves can also be supplied
with manual override being an option to operate manually incase of air
or power failure. JEC also offers dual operated pinch valves (manual +
pneumatic).
High performance JEC
Pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical motorized pinch valves have same two piece
split body design as in case of our manual pinch valve. JEC Pinch valve
design ensures easy rubber sleeve replacement without disturbing the
actuating assembly of pinch valve.
